About the Role

We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer to shape Loop's visual identity across our app, marketing materials, and social media presence. You'll craft everything from in-app graphics and map visuals to brand campaigns that get runners excited to compete.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets for social media, app stores, and web
• Create in-app visual elements, icons, and illustrations
• Maintain and evolve Loop's brand guidelines
• Collaborate with engineering on UI/UX design
• Produce graphics for campaigns, events, and partnerships

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and/or app design work
• Eye for typography, color, and layout
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly

About the Role

Join our engineering team to build the core Loop experience — from real-time GPS tracking and territory algorithms to leaderboards and social features. You'll work across the stack to bring a competitive running game to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile app features (iOS/Android)
• Build backend services for real-time territory tracking
• Implement map rendering, geospatial algorithms, and route processing
• Optimize app performance for GPS-intensive workloads
• Collaborate with design on UI implementation

Qualifications

• Experience with mobile development (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin)
• Familiarity with geospatial data, mapping APIs, or GPS systems
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

About the Role

We're looking for a growth-minded Head of Sales & Marketing to own Loop's go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook for acquiring and retaining users — from influencer campaigns and event activations to notification flows and short-form video content that drives virality.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships to grow Loop's audience
• Plan and execute event activations that drive real-world engagement
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with brands, communities, and organizations
• Build social proof through testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content
• Design and optimize notification strategy to boost engagement and retention
• Produce and oversee short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Define and evolve Loop's brand identity across all channels
• Own user acquisition strategy, channels, and performance metrics
• Implement retention tracking and analyze cohort data to reduce churn

Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth marketing, sales, or go-to-market roles
• Track record of building and scaling user acquisition channels
• Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy
• Data-driven mindset with experience in retention and funnel analytics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
