1. Contractual Relationship

Loop is a product owned and operated by Penderra LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to the Loop website and participation in our waitlist. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Waitlist & SMS Consent

By signing up for our waitlist, you provide express written consent to receive automated marketing and transactional messages (including account verification) from Loop.

  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS at any time to unsubscribe.
  • Terms: Message and data rates may apply. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access or account creation.
  • Referral Programs: If offered, we reserve the right to disqualify any user who uses bots or fraudulent tactics to gain referral rewards.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the "Loop" name, logos, designs, and code, is the exclusive property of Penderra LLC. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of this website without our written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to provide misleading information, attempt to interfere with site operations, or use automated means to harvest data from our waitlist or careers pages.

5. Career Submissions

Submitting a resume or cover letter does not create an employment contract. You certify that all information provided is accurate. We retain application data for 12 months as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our website and waitlist are provided "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Penderra LLC for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to $0.00.

7. Mandatory Arbitration

You agree that any dispute or claim relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be settled by binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, UT, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall take place in Salt Lake City, UT.
